✅ Return Eligibility:

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item arrived broken or damaged.

• The item did not arrive at all.

If your product meets one of the above conditions, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@leafyloops.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo or video of the damaged item (if applicable)

• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions or a replacement at no extra cost.

❌ Non-Returnable Situations:

• You changed your mind after receiving the product.

• You ordered the wrong size, color, or design.

• The item is not damaged or lost.

• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Refunds or replacements are processed only after we verify the issue.
